[DEAD] Wario Land 3 Hack Project

Hey, I made the playlist, but the treasures are not in the right order. It might take some time to do that.


Edit: Note to self: Did everything up until 80. Note to other people sneakingly reading this: I'm doing it backwards, so 79 to go, not 20.

I can't find the invisible Wario puzzle. :/
(I downloaded https://drive.google.com/?authuser=0#folders/0B3FzH90kWa17bC1zaDhocTUxTHc but can't find where the puzzle is located.


Edit: I really like the Desert Ruins level idea, we might do that. You seem to be using many different tile sets in one level though. If we have ideas for all the levels we need to see if we even have enough tilesets to edit.

The puzzle is at the 5T Block in The Vast Plain, all roads on the stage are blocked other then the road to the area, so you can't miss it.
 
Should we make a google talk group someday, to make conversations a tad easier? Just a random question.

Hm, not sure. I think it would bug me, because I only want to see your messages when I want to. I don't want to get pop-ups about the hack when I'm in class.

It's possible to turn off pop-ups in the Google Talk app settings.
 
Not for a separate group, right? I do want to get pop-ups from you.
1. I actually forgot it was now called Hangouts :p

2. Yes you can do that for separate conversations :) go to the conversation you want, go to People & Options, and uncheck Notifications!

Question:
How difficult would it be to insert stuff from Wario Land 2 into the game? Like enemy behaviour for example. I'm thinking it can't be that bad since like 99% of the code is already the same.
Let's say for example I wanted to have an enemy in the game that acts like the Grunts
(with different sprites of course) Would that be possible?

I'll check out the LP later. But why is he using a Shake it artwork on the thumbnail? :p Silly guy. Should'a used the WL3 artwork. Consistency!

I couldn't get high enough in one of the versions. I assume you fixed it then.

Yeah, did you try out the No Spikes Edited By WarioLGP version?

I still think the puzzle is better without spikes, because the solution to the puzzle is not obvious.
You gotta do some experimentation.
And i would erather let the player experiment in a more "peaceful" enviorment.

And the Wario Blocks were likely a mistake Haiko made :p
They are intended to be enemy blocks
