May not be a fan, but the music is great.
I wouldn't mind if this was made into an actual theme for Diamond City.
This is a pleasant tune, but I don't understand how it fits with Wario's style or character. It would definitely fit somewhere in Diamond City (probably with Penny or Orbulon), but as a theme for the big man himself in Mario Kart? I would never have known this was associated with Wario if the title didn't say "Wario Cup".

By the way, Metal, thought I'd just warn you some of your selections refuse to play. All I get is the message "This video is not available", like your Inmates Lullaby pick.
Sometimes due to copyright claims some won't play in certain countries, however if it isn't that it might be either your browser or yt messing up.
