dash attack: baseball bat
smash attack: super sledge hammer, fat boy mini nuke
specials:
neutral b: VATS
press b to open VATS, circle pad to target enemies. vault boy will take extra damage depending on enemy launch power, but cant be knocked back or launched while in VATS. AP bar must be full to use VATS
side b: single shotgun
powerful wide attack offset by cooldown (reloading action)
up b: bottlecap mine
create an explosion launching character upward.
down b: stimpack
slowly recover health and body condition.
has above average stats, but can be weakened greatly if body parts are crippled.
head/arms: damage/ launch power
torso: launch resistance/ recovery
legs: movement, jump, and dodge.
