Popples has a great battle theme, don't remember what any of the badges do anymore though. Do know mostly using those advance bros techniques once you've preformed an optimal amount, they looked so cool if you pulled them off. Loved how in this game well the first, super star saga you end up fighting the main villain quite early and then let her come back possessing " Rookie ".

I was not, actually : p I figured Id give it a shot and never come back if it didnt work out. I have had sites where I was somewhat nervous to post in, though. Never had that issue here though.
I guess I was just nervous because I had not been an active member of a forum in over 7 years and the way I acted in my old forum was rather embarrassing.

I would like to see Magma from seven years ago : p

And haha ugh, sometimes I feel somewhat embarrassed about posts I made like a year ago : p I think that like no matter what, youll always regret something from your past self no matter what, to at least some extent.

Unless youre like really dull and just dont say anything, but thats totally lame and I wouldnt wanna be like that : p

I feel like posting on forums can also give you a bit of a confidence boost, as it makes you think of a good reply towards any topic that's being discussed. Sometimes feel nervous while posting, not exactly posting but making a post whether it'd come out " good or bad " but yeah it sure beats being dull.

Haha yeah, I can totally relate to feeling nervous about a post actually. I struggle with like speech and communication skills to an extent, and though most people seem to understand me online just fine (I think), I still have a fear that my post will be unclear and hard to understand : p I sometimes (not often) sit and take a minute to think of just the right word to use in a post to make a point sometimes : p

And yeah, I definitely think that posting on forums can increase your confidence. I often feel pretty confident when Im really engaging on a forum, whether it be a casual conversation or a serious one. Its something Im not quite as confident to do irl : p

I was sort of the same just a lot dumber.

I was sort of the same just a lot dumber.

I actually remember the first time I posted in a serious conversation on an online forum. I had never actually had any real contact with the internet at all before then, and it was my first time actually being a member of a forum, and the first time I had even seen a serious discussion. And I remember I posted some emotionally driven gobbledegoop that didnt really mean anything. I remember a few years back finding that post again, and feeling dumb for ever writing that : p I dont think anyone even acknowledged it either : p

Thats another good thing about online forums, they can help build conversation skills, definitely.

I was also far less likely to say anything negative about people. I used to be fixated on being polite for a very long time until recently.

I remember my first ever forum posts.

It was on a video game forum and I got chased out quicker than I came in. I didn't find someone's sarcasm funny when they told me something about making the video game in question gorier and they insulted me over it.

This luck actually followed me until I signed up for here on video game forums. I've been able to integrate on a few other forums but none of them were related to gaming.

I'm sure everyone had that faze at one point, Especially when the internet was new and schools were freaking out over things being on the internet forever.

Well without getting too personal, I used to be fixated on trying to be friendly and helpful and not causing trouble but eventually realized that I wasn't going anywhere with that and it cost me a lot.
