oh. i wonder whats with the market and portables these days.

anyway, if it comes to fruitation and has compatability with enough of the games i have, im in!

I think the presumed lack of upgradeability might be a problem for this kind of console.
i heard one group say the standard model has minimal specs and is actually underpowered for steam, despite having as much RAM as a low end desktop. but then again, we're talking PC gaming. people either build a PC or buy one designed around gaming, in addition to anything else they need to get done. plus, they have laptops which are portable without sacrificing power or upgradeability.

that being said, going the PC route can be expensive. and personally, i found it more prone to errors and malware than a console designed for gaming. i think a console like this definitely had a very specific audience in mind, as i dont think its going to have the appeal of a mobile device or even a portable like the 3ds. but i still think its pretty cool.

I think as the years go on, it's getting easier to make a PC designed for gaming. It may be more expensive in the long run as well, but overall you have something that's sustainable and whatever breaks on it, you can easily replace it yourself without having to spend money on an entire unit.

I eventually wanna make my own PC, because in general, I wanna be able to just have a work computer (also able to game though, probably.) that I can fix easily, instead of hoping that my laptop doesn't break and end up being impossible to fix. And sometimes I just don't have the money to pay for that... (っ- ‸ – ς)

(I got this laptop second hand for like 50 bucks. (=´∇`'=) I can't afford that much...)

@Magma id probably end up using it the way someone would use a butterfly knife:
try to do tricks with it instead of use it properly, and slice and dice my fingers in the process.

I've noticed that every time a stink rises around here, the topic of Ashley is never far away.

I don't get it, folks. Why does this one WarioWare character create so much friction with certain people? Somebody clue me in.

I've been noticing things slowing down as of late, but I can't be here everyday. If I could I would just to help out so it wouldn't be so... lifeless here. So tell me, what's been getting you down?

oh boy, where do i start... fanbases take their stuff serious. like, if someone said *some game, lol* was stupid, id argue why they're missing out. at the least id laugh it off or shake my head in disagreement.

Ashley gets more attention than the rest of the cast and almost seemingly eclipses the existence of the series itself in the forms of things like Smash Bros cameos and references and 3DS themes.

now, obviously theres some people who either like upsetting people or legitimately dislike certain franchises, and a few who even hate towards others by association with the thing that ticks them off. they end up rubbing against each other, hence the friction, and that leads to heated discussion and even internet conflicts.

ideally, people would agree with each other, and still ideally, people would be accepting and agree to disagree. but this is still the internet, where people seem to lose the concept of consequence to animosity.

geez, my thumbs are numb.
