    Gonna take a break from the forums until I can get my hands on the game lol. Spoilers don't really matter but still I'd like the game to be sort of fresh by the time I get my hands on it.

    It's still a different spin on the formula and the best part of Game & Wario. That and it fits with the Best of theme of Gold and makes for a nice bit of extra content outside of the main stages, which is especially nice to see after initial concerns on whether or not the game is going tp have much of that.

    I can see that. While the advertising or lack of is unfortunate, it seems they at least didn't get cheap and lazy with the game itself which is showing a nice amount of content for what it is.

    Because it's a neat concept that was sent to die in Game & Wario. Some may even call it the spiritual predecessor to the Five Nights at Freddy's series.

    It's not so much the Ashley stuff that's making me raise an eyebrow but why is Kyon's stuff over represented? This isn't just me having a grudge against him. I know he has the second high post number on the forums but this is such a strange selection of images to show up as the top google images. You got Kyon's stuff and then random stuff like 9-Volt burning something on a stove top.

    I reckon that the reason why Waluigi still hasn't made it into Smash is because Sakurai feels he "isn't fleshed out enough", but that's the thing: Smash Bros. is the perfect opportunity to really establish Waluigi's personality and solidify the character. It'd be a great springboard for Waluigi into the mainline Mario titles, or even his own series.
    Is there just some internal beef between Nintendo and Camelot, or something to that effect? Or does Sakurai simply not give a shit?

    Personally, I'm not too fond of Smash's influence seeping into the source materials.

    As for your second point, I feel like Nintendo simply doesn't care about Waluigi due to the historical divisions between development teams. A similar treatment is shown towards Daisy.

    Based on Facebook, quite a few of my relatives here in the UK. Seems people are more dismissive in 'internet circles' (like on forums, Reddit and Discord) than they are in the mainstream.

    It's ok, nothing you said was bad as I assumed your message to CM30 was a joke anyway. When things get all stressful, it often really helps to step back from it all for a bit and do a 5-15 minute breathing exercise.

    No idea. I never even knew such a file format existed. I checked Paint.net and there's no option to save as .svg

    It's a totally different type of image file. Without getting into specifics, the main difference is that they can be resized to any size without any deterioration of quality. That's the difference of vector vs raster graphics.

    Oh yes! I almost forgot about Wario Land! Not that I don't care, but it seems like the announcement will take awhile to come. I'd say around fall or so. But I could be wrong!
