When you encounter lewd images or even outright porn when you aren't looking for it. Being confronted with this stuff when I don't want to can really annoy me, and even with filters enabled you're not fully protected.
Luckily though, DeviantArt has made me become somewhat immune to this.

I hate when every once in awhile i'll get a pain in my chest (which isn't even that severe) and i'll get paranoid and then brace myself for death thinking "Well shit i guess i'm having a heart attack, this sucks" then once I've made peace the pain goes away. What is that? it happens infrequently enough that i'm never prepared so i think its death.
I must sound overly paranoid, and i am but i'm certain i ain't alone. So pls, validate my paranoid feelings guys.

Let me get this straight: I was not referring to mildly sexual images like your profile picture or Wikipedia articles. I'm talking about porn or porn-like images that are legion on the internet, even on non-porn and non-educative websites.
I can get especially annoyed at seeing porn of fictional characters I love, like Wario. (And yes, as Rule 34 states, there's also Wario porn. I have definitely seen too much.) This may sound ¨kinky¨ to some, but stumbling on perverted material of my favourite characters can really ruin my mood.

I'd kind of like to respond to whole "adult images" thing. While I myself actually also dislike seeing casual lewd images on the internet, I'm still surprised there are people who are quite sensitive to that sort of stuff since the internet in general has really desensitized people to those sorts of images.
Well, it's really a matter of what sites you use. In many subject areas, you'll never encounter 'adult content', especially if the forums/communities are well (or just heavily) moderated.
People from those sites might not want to see such content elsewhere.

I'm used to it, but it'still pretty annoying. Like, when I have a quick browse through of the steam store, the page would be bombarded with obviously lewd anime games, which I don't wanna see. Thankfully there's a way to block certain tags, though a few still slip through the cracks.
Or when I google image search for a female character, some of the results are images from Deviantart that are well.... yeah. And that's with safesearch on. Same with even custom Warioware microgames on youtube, blah.
It has somewhat desensitized me too, but I still don't wanna see it.
