Alright, now let's move onto Ashley's game.

It's a Metroidvania in her mansion (alongside a few other areas outside of it). She starts off with only a basic wand(Red) attack to defend herself from enemies. But upon exploring the mansion further, she'll gain access to her many special spells (obtaining them like in 2D Metroid).

As for the spells, they can not only put enemies at bay, but can also be used to solve puzzles. They all have a limited amount of energy, though. You can switch them at any time, Mega Man-style. Defeated enemies can also drop potions that will restore their energy (also Mega Man-style). They run on a level-up/exp system. The more you use them, the more exp they gain. Their max level is 3, and they work in different ways depending on the level, yielding different results.

Ice Spell
Lv 1: Launches a small snowball straight forward.
Lv 2: Casts and icy mist that freezes anything in its way.
Lv 3: Makes a large ice cube appear. It can be pushed or jumped on to reach higher ground.
Can freeze any water anywhere.

Fire Flurry
Lv 1: Launches a small magma rock forward.
Lv 2: Three fireballs will revolve around Ashley, and act as a shield. Press the button to fire one of them.
Lv 3: Casts fire forward like a flamethrower.
Can melt ice and burn stubborn plants.

Plant Cutter
Lv 1: A leaf will appear to do a quick slash.
Lv 2: A seed will be planted on the ground, to bloom into a flower that will open up and briefly slash at anything nearby.
Lv 3: A huge, thorned vine will be launched and comes back to Ashley like a boomerang.
Can cut anything...well, cuttable.

Stone Smash
Lv 1: Casts a small rock forward.
Lv 2: Makes a larger boulder appear, which can be pushed and rolled forward, to break down anything heavy in the way.
Lv 3: Summons three boulders one after another, dropping onto the ground, and on enemies.
Can break durable obstacles in the way.

Water Power
Lv 1: Shoots a small stream of water forward.
Lv 2: Casts a bubble to trap enemies and also ride/float around in. (Jump into it to do the latter)
Lv 3: Casts a wave of water forward.
Can extinguish fire and water certain plants.

Thunder Rush
Lv 1: Fires a small electric shot.
Lv 2: Fires a laser that bounces around the walls.
Lv 3: Casts a wave of electric energy along the ground.
Can power up any powered-down machines, or light up dark rooms (hit a lightbulb with it to do this).

Wind Attack
Lv 1: Shoots a small gale forward.
Lv 2: Launches a gust that pushes things. (Like the Gust Bellows in Skyward Sword/Smash 4)
Lv 3: Creates a strong tornado that traps any enemies in the way.
Can blow/push certain things around, and spin anything windmill-like.

Well, since their levels all work differently, you could switch between them with the touch screen (so long as that spell is active), as long as their levels have been reached.

I'll get to the enemies and bosses another time. Bosses are weak to certain spells.

(See? I told you I have no quarrel with her.)

It's too bad I can't go back and change the topic's title, but I'd call this whole game "Wario Super Star" instead.

And yes, that means making the logo a direct parody of the original Kirby Super Star logo, with Wario taking Kirby's place. It's...in Wario's character.

Just report the original post, and say "please change title to ..."

Yeah I would imagine her trying to out do Mona in the hero business out of spite because of her being the more successful musician now (assuming Mona still does that from time to time).
Just to be clear, being a robot-blasting heroine isn't a "business". Joe isn't even involved in Mona's game's story.

Off course not, I just meant her trying to outclass Mona in that particular Area and not that the hero thing is something inherently corporate, which would drive the point of Vannesa's motivation being spite even more home.

Apparently, I've decided that Vanessa isn't in Mona's story. The bosses are these four humongous mechs, and the robot's base itself.

But Vanessa does appear in a smaller sub-game, based on a casino. She and Mona aren't friends nor are they enemies here, but they host various casino games you can play here for more gold.

I've got nothing more to add at the moment, but here's a picture from another artist of Wario and Boss Rat battling:

So I was just thinking more about Dr. Crygor & Mike's game.

As a puzzle platformer, maybe it could work similar to Gyromite? I don't know much about that game itself, but it could be a good basis for this stage. Crygor is moving around in a small mech, and a few extra buttons on the 3DS could move the obstacles around. Or maybe Mike (AI-controlled helper) could change them up? And with more obstacles other than just color-coded gates.

Also, ROB could make a few appearances here. Not too important to it, just cameos. And the enemies in this game are the same robots from Mona & Penny's story.

About Orbulon's game, his Mega Micro Game$ and Do It Yourself genre of microgames is IQ, so how could that be represented as a game, a puzzle game or somethin'?

Ah, Crygor/Mike already has the puzzle platformer level. Maybe there could be something unique added to Orbulon's game as a space shooter, but what…

I think you're missing the whole point of this entire idea. It's to detach them from the microgame aspect and give them, as characters, a platforming direction.

So...Really, does anyone actually want there to be game like this? Would you buy it if they made it? Be brutally honest already.

Yes, I would. It's a bit all-over-the-place, but I don't mind that, it seems fun.
It shouldn't be too expensive, though.

Since I'm stuck in another rut, I'll just break down on how the whole game is laid out:

Available at the start of a new file is Reckless Romp, Wario's first mission.

Clearing that will unlock the following:
  • Ogre Attack (Kat & Ana)
  • Rhythm Run (Jimmy)
  • Diamond Defender (Mona and Penny)
  • Dash n' Dine (Young Cricket)
  • The Shop (side feature)
Instead of going through every mission one by one, you can have access to many different missions and can start on the one of your choice. Like Kirby Super Star, every mission in the game has the "New Game/Continue" save format.

Dash n' Dine is one of the two optional story stages. Clearing the other three missions will unlock the next bunch:
  • Game Boys, Unite! (9-Volt & 18-Volt)
  • The Mighty Taxicapades (Dribble & Spitz)
  • Secret of the Missing Spells (Ashley)
  • Gizmos Galore (Dr. Crygor and Mike)
  • Cosmic Clash (Orbulon)
Cosmic Clash is the second of the two optional missions. Clearing all the other four will unlock Return to Glory, Wario's final mission and the last of the main missions.

Clearing Return to Glory will give you the side game Pyoro A, a sidescrolling level with Pyoro where you eat as many fruits and go as far as you can.

Here's a full breakdown on all the side games:

  • The Shop: Not a game, but this is where you can redeem your gold/coins for many prizes (doodads and toys much like in Twisted and Game & Wario; I can go in-depth with some of these later)
  • Prize Box: Will appear after you've bought your first item from the shop. Go here to check them all out and give them a spin.
  • Mona & Vanessa's Casino: A place hosted by the two of them where you can use your gold to play various casino games to hopefully earn more. (Unlock by clearing Diamond Defender)
  • Pyoro A: A sidescrolling game with Pyoro.
  • Gamer Deluxe: An expanded version of Game & Wario's Gamer, with more microgames and more obstacles in 9-Volt's room. (Unlocked after beating a certain score in Pyoro A)
  • Sound Test: Go here to listen to the various music and sound effects in the game. (Unlock by...what could this be?)
