You know that Noclip site that lets you explore 3D game models in the browser? Well, got an interview with the developer coming up on Gaming Reinvented soon. Some interesting stuff there.
Okay, by the end of the day, I plan to have a new staff team in place here on Wario Forums. Still deciding who, but they'll have the same powers as myself and be responsible for the day to day moderation here, since I don't have time for it right now.
Honestly, I don't enjoy running communities. Prefer coding and hosting them, and marketing them to others. May just give moderator/admin duties to others instead.
When I think about it, BuzzFeed suck at branding about as badly as Nintendo do. Having a mire of low quality crap (BuzzFeed) share the same brand as their journalistic efforts (BuzzFeed News) is plain idiotic.
On a related story note, it's interesting how many potentially massive gaming news stories go unreported. Hell, quite a lot of the most successful ones on Gaming Reinvented completely flew under the radar of most 'major' gaming news sites till I wrote about them.
God I hate trying to record video game glitches sometimes. Currently trying to record a somewhat finicky trick in Zelda Breath of the Wild, and having pretty bad luck with it. Still, when I do nail this and get a good video, this could be a massive news story.
Apparently some people think Super Mario Land is 'obscure' now. Guys, it may amaze you to know this, but it sold about 20 million copies, was a pack in with the Game Boy in many places and launched the system alongside Tetris. It's not exactly an unknown game.
Huh, this is interesting. Apparently the DSi Action Replay sometimes loads the entirety of Game & Watch collection rather than the cheats menu, since Datel's method to cheat the system DRM stuck the entire game in the files: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q0lGxj7W5rU
Personally, I'm excited for Mario Maker 2 simply to see how it fills in the blanks for certain level themes. Gonna have to have custom music and graphics for Super Mario World style jungles, deserts and ice levels.
On another note, always been a tad disappointed when I see amazing looking video game pixel art based off modern games that's never used for an actual fan game or mod. Tempted to ask if any of these artists do comissions for such projects.
I genuinely wonder if those last 3DS games are making enough money to cover their costs at this point. Hell, how many resources are being diverted from things that could actually sell to translate and market stuff like the Bowser's Inside Story remake, the Epic Yarn remake, the Luigi's Mansion one, etc?
Jeez that was a fast Super Smash Bros Ultimate match. Set up an eight player match with knockback set to twice the normal amount on Golden Plains, and the whole thing ended in about 20 seconds.
