Kyon used to be friends with a girl who apparently thought everyone was out to get her, so I kinda think he has had bad influences when it comes to interacting online. I dont entirely blame Kyon, he just needs to learn things like everyone has different opinions and disagrees, everyone has a different sense of humor, people dont like being called out as mean and hateful, ect : p

I actually DO like Kyon, I enjoy his posts on the forum, but Im not happy with suddenly being thrown into this anti kyon group because Im friends with certain members : p We are friends because we like similar things and get along well, it has absolutely nothing to do with Kyon at all : p And I dont like it when members give others special treatment in order to encourage others to do the same for them, it creates a divide in the forum which leads to childish drama.
 
I've been trying to dance around the topic of ratings and I'm finally going to lay it out crystal clear so people understand my own point of view.

Yes, I have given Kyon dumb ratings. Why? Because he's trying to cause drama with people that's nonexistent and he's trying to get attention for himself. He wants people to praise him and he throws temper tantrums when he doesn't get what he wants. He expresses this by making passive aggressive comments at people because he's too afraid to talk to people on a one to one level to figure out what the problem is. He thrives on the drama because it gives him attention. I'm not afraid of showing him in the least verbal way possible I think it's dumb.

If people really are curious I can go back and quote the posts I've marked as dumb of his to illustrate what I'm talking about. He's made over 2 thousand posts on this site, most of which are harmless. He has over 1k positive ratings. I've given him positive ratings too, yet he chooses to ignore that part.

I agree with Whimsical that ratings are a good thing because you can get constructive feedback on your posts. People though take them way too seriously sometimes and it's grating because it's just a rating. Ratings don't show you who you are as a person, they just speak for what you literally wrote to contribute to conversation.

I've rated one other member's post on this site dumb because of a poorly worded statement that came off as arrogant and rude to other people. That person hasn't revenge rated me or even cared. I don't hold ill will against them either because they're a cool member on this site.

All in all, I'm not apologizing for exercising my right to express an opinion, and if Kyon wants to keep throwing temper tantrums over it, that's not my problem. He chooses how he acts.

Edit: I also do not hate Kyon in any way, shape or form and what I've said in the past still stands.

I'm glad that you're feeling a little better at least. I hope you're able to figure out what's going on and are alright.
 
I also really liked SS Zelda : p I like her and WW Zelda. I also really liked OoT Zelda. The only one I didnt really care for was TP Zelda.
 
SS Zelda was one of the few zeldas that I felt had her own Agency. Like, she did things on her own, even if you didn't see them. I appreciated the little push towards getting away from the Helpless Princess format. WW Zelda did have a lot of personality and agency too, though. Got a bit messy near the end though. WW is also my fave Zelda game.

The later Zelda's definitely did more things on their own than older ones such as on the N64 and SNES era. Even Zelda's from the WW styled games did a lot more, in ST Zelda really aided you as a companion being the suit of armor. Zelda is also seen in some final fights like in WW again aiding you with light arrows, which is really cool of Nintendo to give a princess a much more important role as a hero.
 
I have never approved of the new ratings. I use them because they're there, but I'd rather have them not be there, as they provide a very easy way to stir drama.

Oh and I remember this one time we were watching fireworks, it was great and all, but we like suddenly had all the waste from them (like the exploded casings of the fireworks) fall on us, there was alots of it, and some of it was big. so we ended up having to move away from it : p

I was using Hangouts on my iPad, luckily the router in the house I was staying at got the connection far enough outside.
Hm, I've never had that happen. There is always a lot of waste to clean up, though, the day after. Although most people do it themselves, there'll always be people who just make a mess and then leave.
 
My favorite song of all time is Viva la Vida by coldplay, followed by HEY, Mario and in 3rd is probably Hare Hare yukai, mostly because it makes me feel young again, a 2009 morning that I discovered a show that I really loved.
