It's really a testament to how much I loved Pigmask's WL4 tracks that I bothered to bootleg them using Bandicam for the sake of recreating them later on in FL. Good thing I did, considering.
My teacher: "(...) to musicians, the more important factors are the overall sound quality and ease of use. The ease of use of an instrument is governed by the quality of the user interface design."
Also my teacher: 'we'll use Reason 10 for MIDI sequencing in this class'

I'll admit, my outrage isn't as potent as before, but still, if you readily admit this while talking instruments, then I'm baffled as to how you could still be all "like hey, man, use this janky program in this beginner's class"
Dudes, MarioSpore is actually a *really* competent MIDI maker?
I got this MIDI for Unused Song 2 from him, and thought nothing more of it, like it's a good .mid he happens to have, whatever y'know, it's some Siivagunner shit, of course it's gonna be good y'know? I didn't realize that he created *this* one, too, and especially after the beauty that ended up being The Sweet Board.
I feel like the Winter Warlock to his Kris Kringle

Well-- to be fair, he DID say something about a "SporeGunner", so I guess he'd HAVE to be
Ha-hey, hey! I'm a sperg and it fuckin' shows sometimes!
    But I'm a *functional* retard!

Well, yeah. Why treat yourself like that? That doesn't help your mental state at all. You made a mistake and it's fine, now go treat yourself to something nice.

Come one, Ninja_Cat, you're better than this. You're a pretty likeable person when you don't belittle somebody for having a harmless sense of humor about their own personal issues like this. Take care.
I'm realizing that my aversion to anxiety & confrontation is kind of obnoxious, because even now, in moments where I'm retaliating to false claims with style, I wonder if I should've replied at all, because this way I risk getting a malicious reply, which would probably make me cry and also kill me, or worse, one that somehow calls out some deep part of me that I didn't know was there. In this case, it's a legitimate fear; this person is wrong, but then again, what if they aren't? What if they say something that cuts me to my core, and unearths a part of me I didn't even know was there?

I bet this is going to turn out to be a joke and then I'm going to want to fucking ksadjslkdsad
But it was written like it was serious, so I have to TREAT it like it was.
I'M RETARDED DAMMIT, I OPERATE ON A CLEAR SET OF RULES. If you use proper capitalization AND grammar AND a period at the end when you're laying a diss then you meant it!!

Okay, so thanks to Adam being online, and thus, able to hold up the body-length mirror I so desperately needed, the situation is close to being resolved already, on my end, anyway. I got that first reply I needed to get the 'normal person reaction' back at me. This whole experience has taught me that without the first reply, not only do I freak out, but I can't make any mental "progress," because social situations don't work for me quite right. I need to have that return message or I'll just keep beaming out the same message, wondering if I'm doing it correctly at all. if this makes any sense.

I need imminent feedback for a lot of the things I say in situations like this where things are relatively serious, lest I make a fool of myself, like I'm pretty sure I already have I:/

*sigh* I'm gonna think back at this and cringe on occasion, I know for a fact.

Sometimes I wonder just how much of a trip Ol' Tahu is to someone outside of my perspective. Oh hey, the number of Funny I've given & received are both 29 right now. Anyway, due to how undiluted my personality is, I bet there are those who watch in awe & fascination, and those who roll their (magma) eyes and scoff (magma)-- who am I kidding, I already know that's true.
...Twice in my life, I've been outright called "charismatic" by two different people, and neither of them were my mother ((insert super princess peach cover artwork here)). The first one eventually became myyyy girl, and the other one-- fuck, I forget. it was another female.... I think? Might've actually been my cousin (whom I call Evo)? can't remember... it'd prolly help if I could remember where I was when I heard it. ...was it my therapist, maybe? a female cousin? Hrmmm....

That's just because all of your status posts had sparked some form of high-octane discussion-- usually because they warranted it, due to all of them somehow managing to be thought-provoking. The fact that you managed that despite there only being like 7 of them makes me jealous *glances at my massive backlog*

Principles are adjectives that take the forms of nouns (because the concept is too abstract to not get its own definition)

Bitch I shouldn't even have to
You know we haven't seen or heard anything from the Colonel for a while... :( I'm a bit worried.
He deleted everything from his SoundCloud and changed his username to chameleon levels of generic.
I recorded all three of his original Wah-mpositions, thankfully, so those have been preserved,
but I don't know what all's happened to the rest of his portfolio.

If any of you can, please tell him that SC is a better place with his music on it, and that he was a major inspiration to me, and still is. I hold his original stuff very highly, it's where I wanna get to with my own compositions, they're all so catchy

wait a minute what-- my SC says "cobblerofman61" is the top listener for A Minor Heat Wave. That's *him*. What the f0ck?? This is what I mean when I say he's slipped under the radar.
The craziest part of having a username that references something for such a long time is when you realize that the sum of its parts is a whole different beast altogether. "tahutoa" & "Toa Tahu" are two completely different things. One is my favorite childhood Toa, and the other is ME. I've been tahutoa for-- Jesus Christ, over half my life, now.
Starting in 2007, when I got my first Webkinz, Clyde, I became tahutoa30 for the first time. By this point, anyone who tries to call themselves tahutoa feels to me like if someone were to pass themselves off as psychicpebbles on a website that Zach himself had yet to join, like bitch you ain't me, 'fuck outta here.

WOAH dude, you're 12?! Congrats on being as cool as you are at this age, I remember I was such a fuckin' loser at 12. But uh, yeah, at that age I wasn't very partial to any one name, I've only gone all in on tahutoa in the last couple years. It's like the second MediEvil game, where Sir Daniel Fortesque gains golden armour after merging with his past self.

Edit: okay, it's not really all that surprising anymore that you're cool at this age, you're *totally* a kuudere, just like my acquaintance ChocolateJake (*also* a member the forum, coincidentally), whom you remind me of.

I'm not really sure how to react to being called a kuudere but I think I have heard of ChocolateJake in a discord call where I mentioned I was a kid and someone said I reminded them of another kid on Wario Forums

Noice. ...Sometimes I forget that he's younger than me as well-- he feels a lot more "in control" of things than I do.
I wonder if there are any experiences as anxiety-inducing as attempting to show your mother a meme video and then your fucking app stalls multiple times. before freezing up altogether at around the 0:20 mark. This happened with Blend W. ...fuckin tablet.
"Many of the edits we do in the Tool Window are destructive, and many of the edits we'll make to MIDI data in Reason will be destructive as well." God I fucking hate this.

WHY are you teaching what is essentially a MIDI-MAKING CLASS that uses a sequencer like this, then?!?
Guys. Holy shit; I think the Rock Snare from CMV may be sampled from the goddamn Amen Break.

Come to think of it, the bassline for Stan sounds a lot like a bassline from one of the WL4 tracks... maybe CMV? I dunno. CMV's def. the most hip hop of the tracks in the game, I think, so perhaps that's why most of these backing tracks make me think of CMV the most. It's honestly really easy to picture Wario's running animation with this stuff going on in the background.

Yoshitomi seems to have a lot of Western influences. Lots of his tracks sound a little house-y like 40 Below Fridge, or like hard rock, trap, and a bunch of other punkish genres. It's really neat for a Nintendo game
The most annoying thing about KHIII is just how overly cringefic the story's gotten by this point.
Everyone remotely interested in the story of Kingdom Hearts, go read "A Sorrow of Magpies." I swear to fuckin' God it will make more sense than any goddamn thing the series has put out since II originally was released-- it IS my headcanon, and has been ever since Dream Drop Distance, with its 'oh hey look at all these mes that i resurrected or time-traveled to be here with me uwu' came out.
