Time for some more juicy headcanons!
- Wario met Mona during one of his treasure hunting adventures shortly after the events of WL4 and before Warioware
- The reason why Game & Wario happened in universe was because the team (Except 9-Volt and 18-Volt) didn't want to make microgames, and because everyone had different ideas and concepts, Wario just said fuck it and put everyone's ideas and concepts into one game.
- Dr Crygor has created and designed all the vehicles and their respective gimmicks in Mario Kart from Double Dash to Today (This is why the Wario car and bike and several similar vehicles have appeared in the Mario Kart games)
- Mona has a sailor mouth and tends to curse a lot with the older employees, she often times tries to censor herself in front of the younger employees, but she has accidentally blurted out a curse every now and then (Which typically leads to much hilarity)
- Penny is somewhat distinct from her parents, she does love them still, but she's definitely closer to Dr Crygor then to her parents.
- 9-Volt is a lot smarter then people generally think, he's capable of modding and hacking systems, is very talented with programming and music and even knows how to tinker and mess with objects, However due to him being more interested in Video Games and his overall laziness, this side of him doesn't come out too often.
- Papa T and Mama T's real names are Jack & Jessie Thang.
- Wario generally uses his Bike, Car and his Bulldog for different things. Wario generally uses his bike only as a way to get from one place to another (Like his house to Warioware for example) whereas he'll use his car for certain activities (Like shopping and treasure hunting) and his plane for exploring and finding new places to find treasures.

Wario used his extra money after WL:SML3 to get surgery and fix that lazy eye.
I once saw an edited picture of Wario smoking a cigar and ever since I've had this headcanon that Wario loves to smoke cigars, especially the phallic-looking, expensive ones. But of course, given the child-friendly nature of Nintendo we never get to see this in-game.
Wario is European with a big nose, pointy ears, overalls, pointy shoes, greedy, fat and, short.

After founding WarioWare, Wario becomes the Gabe Newell of his town and drops the idea of making microgames and just publish anyone's with charging off fees, making his platform into a money printer.

Behind her happy and friendly exterior, Mona secretly has a really sick and twisted mind.

That's actually true to some degree in the earlier games. She's a bit like Wario in some aspects: weird and quirky, and also a bit greedy, which is mostly evident in the manuals for those games where she complains about not getting paid enough. And in Mega Microgame$ her microgame set is named strange.
I have also a Mona headcanon of my own: that she's quite rich (though not nearly as much as Wario) but still does all those jobs because she wants to have even more.
Yeah, that's what I'm basing it on.
I also like the idea of 2 weirdos (Wario and Mona, each in their own ways) being a reluctant couple (at least Wario would be reluctant since being all lovey-dovey doesn't fit his image).
And, well.... ...they just look cute together. ^u^

Probably not, he gets knocked out with just a simple chug from a jar, so smoking is out of question.If there was smoking in the Marioverse Wario would definitely smoke big ol cigars.
Note: I'm not advocating smoking. I'm just saying its something Wario would do. And you should rarely do things Wario would do.
His bad habits would be his anger and greed.
